The villa is in the heart of Camps Bay between Table Mountain and the beach. It is ten minutes drive from the heart of the City, five minutes from Clifton beaches, fifteen minutes from the world-famous Waterfront complex, and thirty minutes from Cape Town International Airport

It lies on a scenic coastal drive from the Harbour around the Atlantic seaboard. The beautiful gardens of Kirstenbosch and Constantia are twenty minutes over Table Mountain, and the winelands of Stellenbosch and Franschoek are forty five minutes by car, as are the Indian Ocean beaches, False Bay, Simonstown and Cape Point.

Camps Bay is a palm fringed sandy beach with many amenities, ranging from the buzzing bars and restaurants along the beachfront, and including a theatre restaurant, supermarket, chemist, service station and ATM. The beachfront is a two minute drive and a seven minute walk from the villa. .
